Centring a collet-set antique bronze coin depicting the profile of Roman Emperor Septimius Severus, the setting inscribed to the reverse 'NICOPOLIS-SEPTIMIVS SEVERVS AVG.A.D.193-211', completed by a slightly graduated curb link chain with a concealed clasp, gross weight approximately 83 grams, pendant diameter approximately 20mm, chain circumference approximately 420mm, signed BVLGARI.
Accompanied by a Bulgari receipt (in Italian) dated 25 August 1999 and a Bulgari pouch and outer box.
