The tapering hinged collier of fluted gold is accented at intervals by polished gold ribs and set to the front with a collet-set heart-shaped cabochon ruby framed by bead-set diamonds and flanked by similarly set heart-shaped emerald and sapphire cabochons and diamond-set ribs, the ruby, sapphire, emerald and diamonds together weighing approximately 5.72, 5.47, 4.09 and 7.31 carats respectively, inner circumference approximately 420mm, signed Adler.
