Width 45mm.In 1970 Omega launched the Seamaster Professional 600, the 'PloProf', which was designed to endure extreme pressures at great depths. This model was succeeded by the improved Seamaster 1000. This watch was worn by Jacques Cousteau and at the time was the deepest-rated watch ever made.
